| The Mobile Ark travels to raise funds for the Ark R.A.I.N. Wildlife Sanctuary Inc. only a few times a year. The Sanctuary is completely supported and dependent on these funds to maintain its 200 rare, endangered and threatened species. The Mobile Ark tries to accommodate all the schools that request programs. Unfortunately, due to limited time available each travel season and the high demand for these wildly exciting educational assemblies, Mobile Ark is limited to how many schools they can fit into the schedule each school year. Thus we must enforce a cancellation policy to discourage last minute cancellations which not only hurt the Wildlife Sanctuary, but keep students at other schools around the country from having a once in a lifetime experience to learn about these awesome creatures up close and personal!!! The Mobile Ark requires a 30% non refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. The deposit must be mailed to the Sanctuary at the time of a verbal commitment unless other provisions have been approved by The Mobile Ark. The balance is due the day of your schools assembly. A 30 day written notice must be send by your school and approved by The Mobile Ark to cancel or reschedule a program. This will insure that the Mobile Ark has time to fill the times that were held for your school. The Mobile Ark requires payment in full by the date that your presentations were originally scheduled if your school cancels less than 30 days before this date. Please make sure that the date you schedule for your school does not interfere with other activities at the school. No exceptions on cancellation policy unless approved by the Mobile Ark. If the Mobile Ark cancels your programs and can not reschedule with a time that is right for your school, we will refund your deposit in full. Thank You |
